Remove YouTube Suggestions & Avoid Distractions with adblock

How to remove home screen suggestions and side bar suggestions on YouTube in order to boost your productivity and avoid being distracted. 
In the past, when I used YouTube to learn from a video I kept finding myself distracted by sidebar and home screen suggestions. Here is how I stopped that from ever happening again.

Paste this into AdBlock to block everything I block (youtube suggestions, buzzfeed home screen, google sponsored ads, facebook sidebar, LinkedIn News feed):
